យោងលើពាក្យសំដីរបស់មេទ័ពថៃរូបនេះ គឺបានបញ្ជាក់ច្បាស់ហើយ ថាថៃជាអ្នកប្រកាសសង្គ្រាម ហើយចង់ធ្វើសង្គ្រាម និងមិនគោរពច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ទាត់ចោលយន្តការច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ដោយជ្រើសរើសជាប្រទេសមួយនៃសមាជិកអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ដើរចេញពីសន្តិភាព ឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់សង្គ្រាម លែងមានសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ពិភពលោក។

According to the Thai general, it is clear that Thailand declares WAR first and attempts to spark it. Thailand does not respect international law and rejects international legal mechanisms. Being a member of the United Nations, but it has moved away from peace to war. The general’s words clearly stated that they wanted to wage war and that Thailand would never go to the ICJ.

The Thai army is prepared to make sacrifices in this conflict. The Thai people are also bracing for the severe consequences of the war that Thailand initiated against Cambodia, which has positioned Thailand as the aggressor. This situation has drawn criticism from neighboring countries and the international community.

Cambodia chooses peace and international law; however, Thailand chooses war and rejects international law.

Cambodia has actively promoted negotiations based on existing mechanisms (JBC) and consistently adheres to the principles of international law. As a result, Cambodia has no choice but to defend itself, safeguard its territory, and protect its territorial integrity.

Any country that chooses to support Thailand is endorsing a nation that disregards international law and opts for war, which results in the loss of soldiers’ and civilians’ lives. This stance contradicts the principles upheld by the ASEAN region and the broader international community under the United Nations.

Our primary decision now is to trust the Royal Government, our leaders, our armed forces, and the collective strength of the Khmer people. Together, we will protect our nation and maintain the integrity of our territory, serving as the foundation for the present, the future, and all time.
